Job Title: Head of Sustainability
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sustainability to lead, develop, and manage our sustainability plan in line with the England Golf Strategy 2025-2030. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote and implement sustainable practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the England Golf sustainability plan.
- Collaborate with the R&A and other key stakeholders on sustainability projects.
- Oversee the reduction of carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices.
- Engage with government bodies and Sport England on regulatory elements of sustainability.
- Support the Sustainability Officer and other teams in embedding sustainability across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the sustainability sector and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in delivering sustainability programs and managing budgets.

The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is a remote based position in England and our headquarters are based at, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU.
