We are pleased to be working exclusively with Haggerty Jaques to recruit a Legal and Governance Counsel to join our in house legal team. As an in-house lawyer for England Golf, your work will be varied, covering commercial contracts, IP, data protection, property, litigation and media rights. With the support of the Legal & Governance Director where needed, you will take the lead on all high risk, high-value legal matters.

We are pleased to be exclusively working with Haggerty Jaques on the recruitment of a Legal and Governance Officer (Paralegal) to join our in-house legal team. the role will provide proactive, high quality paralegal support to the Legal and Governance team on legal, governance, safeguarding, and disciplinary matters.

The Safeguarding Officer will coordinate and conduct investigations of safeguarding incidents, referrals and reports of poor practice. You will manage assigned cases centrally ensuring that they are progressed efficiently and effectively in line with our policies, procedures, regulations, protocols and thresholds.
