What is the World Handicap System?

The World Handicap System is designed to welcome more players, to make golf easier to understand and to give all golfers a handicap which is portable all around the globe. Developed by the R&A and The USGA It will replace the six different systems currently used by over 15 million golfers in more than 80 countries.

The toolkit has been created to help you, the golf clubs, educate your members on the key changes brought about by the introduction of the new World Handicap System. The toolkit contains over 100 resources for you to use.

Order Rules of Handicapping

England Golf are making printed copies of the Rules of Handicapping available to golf club officials only via this formal ordering process. Orders will be limited to one rule book and a maximum of 50 players reference guides (packs of 25) per golf club. Kindly complete all the required details via the order link below. Delivery times will be within two weeks.
