30 minutes to spare?

Head to the driving range, grab a bucket of balls and settle in to a bay to practice your shots. Ranges vary from the basic to the hi-tech where you can track your shots electronically, enjoy food and drink in your bay – and keep the cold away with a handy heater. But wherever you go, it can be a quick and easy golfing workout – and you don’t even have to pick up the balls!

Golf can be fun and fast

Pitch and putt is the close cousin of Par 3 golf, another short format game. They’re both perfect for anyone who can squeeze an hour or so out of their schedule to destress with golf. In both games, the aim is to hit the green in one shot and then hole the ball with one or two putts. They’re ideal for everyone, from beginners to skilled players, and a quick way to raise your spirits.
