Partnership Executive and Membership and Digital Executive

Salary Band 3 (£18,750 - £31,250 + benefits)

England Golf has an ambitious new strategy ‘Raising Our Game’. An integral part of this is to increase communications within the sport, change public and media perceptions of the game and work with partners and sponsors to deliver the strategy's ambitions.   As a result Engalnd Golf is looking to appoint two positions to its Marketing & PR team.

Partnership Executive: The purpose of this role is to activate and manage day to day sponsor and partnership relations. For further information download the full advert and role description.

Membership and Digital Executive: A new role whose purpose is to co-ordinate the England Golf individual membership programmes, manage the website & social media activity and administer the digital strategy. For further information download the full advert and role description.

Head of Training and Education 

Salary Band 4 (£24,000 - £36,000 per annum + benefits)
A market supplement may be available for an exceptional candidate.

The is a new role within England Golf and the Head of Training and Education will co-ordinate and manage the development and delivery of an extensive training and education programme within England Golf, with a particular focus on meeting the training and education needs of volunteers and paid staff within golf clubs.  For further information download the full advert and role description.

Club Services and Development Administrator

Salary Band 2 (£13,600 – £18,400 + benefits)

The Club Services & Development Department look at ways of increasing and sustaining the number of people who play golf regularly, provide initiatives to increase the number of players in club membership and support Golf Clubs on areas relating to development, operations and marketing.

The role of Administrator is very broad including the administration of Club Services & Development initiatives as well as providing support to golf clubs and counties.

East Midlands Regional U16 Girl's Manager and South Regional U16 Girl's Manager

England Golf is seeking applications for the voluntary position of Regional Manager to the East Midlands and South Regional U16 Girl’s Squads.

The squad will comprise of a maximum of eight players chosen at an Assessment Weekend and will be for players under 16 years of age.

The voluntary position will require a commitment based on 20 days of coaching, plus attendance at the England Golf Christmas Camp, coach and manager education days and any relevant team meetings, and tournament attendance.  Download the full advert and details for further information.

Regional U18 (AASE) Manager

England Golf is seeking applications for the position of Regional Manager to the Under 18 (AASE) Squads for the North West. Each Regional Squad will comprise players chosen at Assessment Days and will generally be for players under 18 years of age.

The role will officially start on the 1st of September, however a handover period with the current manager would be beneficial.

The voluntary position will require a commitment based on 20 days of coaching with attendance at the England Golf Coaching Conference, England Golf Christmas Camp, coach and manager education days and any relevant team meetings, induction and tournament attendance.  For further information download the full advert.

England Golf Training & Education Partner

England Golf wishes to enter into partnership, with established training & education providers and/or business consultants, to deliver a bespoke programme of training and education for the volunteer and paid workforce within golf clubs in England.

GB&I Home Unions - Golf Club Case Studies

The objective of the governing bodies of amateur golf in GB&I (the Home Unions) is to develop the game at grass roots level through to supporting elite players. A key element of their work and of significant importance is the support
provided for affiliated golf clubs to help create healthy, vibrant and sustainable facilities and there is now a greater requirement to identify, collate and share case studies with our clubs.

The opportunity is to produce a series of golf club specific case studies across GB&I, to showcase those golf clubs that have achieved success in developing the game and/or golf clubs that have been able to turn around their fortunes by implementing specific programmes, offers or policies. In particular, the case studies should highlight
success in the following areas:
• Flexible Membership
• Family Membership
• Business Planning
• Customer Focus
• Marketing & Communications
• Training & Education
