Talent Development Manager
Salary range CIRCA £30,000 per annum + benefits
England Golf is seeking to appoint a Talent Development Manager who will look to establish a more consistent talent development programme at county level for junior boys and girls as part of the national talent pathway from club to national squad.
An understanding of golf at County and National level is essential along with knowledge of the talent pathways currently available.
This post has been identified as involving access to vulnerable adults and/or children and in line with England Golf policy successful applicants will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service Disclosure Check and must have attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children course (SPC) or be willing to undertake one.

PA/Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced PA/Executive Assistant, who is a team player and enjoys a busy and varied role, to join England Golf.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills with an ability to manage a high volume of work
• Project management experience
• Excellent IT skills
Prior experience in a PA role at a senior level is desirable though not essential.

Lancashire County Golf Partnership: County Academy Coaching Position
The Lancashire County Golf Partnership County Academy Programme aims to deliver a talent development programme to maximise the potential of promising junior golfers across Lancashire.
Junior coaches are required to help deliver coaching to boys and girls. You will provide regular coaching and playing sessions at regional talent centres.
