Disciplinary Procedure
England Golf have revised the ‘Disciplinary Procedures’ and the ‘Instructions for the Procedure and Conduct of Disciplinary Committees’. We have also produced new guidelines for Grievance Procedures as a preliminary to a Disciplinary Hearing. These revised documents supersede all previous versions of guidance relating to this subject.
You can download copies of these documents by clicking on the links to the right of this page. Please note the Grievance Procedures are identified as Club, County or England Golf specific. Should you wish to have a printed copy of the documents sent to you, please contact our Club Services team at club.services@englandgolf.org.
The adoption of the these Procedures is not mandatory upon Clubs or County Unions. We would however advise that, should an alternative Disciplinary Procedure be implemented, then those doing so should ensure that any such procedure offers the Club, County and the alleged offender a comparable level of safeguard, advice and guidance.
