Increasing Revenue Workshops
Simple ideas to boost your club’s revenue!
Golf clubs need multiple revenue sources to operate effectively.
The key revenue streams for most clubs are annual membership subscriptions, visitor green fees and food & beverage, however attendees will be asked to think outside the box and consider activities that could provide additional income streams and perhaps open up an entirely new customer base.
In this one day workshop Jerry Kilby will provide 40 ideas for generating revenue, across four areas of the golf club's business: membership; clubhouse; golf operations and partnerships.
By the end of this session you will:
- Have explored many great ideas to boost your club’s revenue
- Understand revenue opportunities across membership, clubhouse, golf operations and partnerships
- Be in a better place to support your business planning process going forward
