England Golf has partnered with the Golf Club Managers’ Association (GCMA) and the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) to promote education and training opportunities throughout England.
GCMA - Introduction to Golf Club Management
This training course is designed for either the newcomer coming into the profession as a golf club manager. secretary or for those who would like to refresh their skills and knowledge.

CMAE Management Development Programme (MDP)
MDP level 1 course is a five day residential course which offers you the opportunity to enhance your knowledge through a comprehensive training programme covering the core competencies of a modern club manager.
MDP level 2 course is a five day residential course which helps delegates to improve their strategic management and critical skill thinking levels including negotiation, time management and conflict resolution.
Designed for those in management postions who would like to gain a qualification recognised in the Europe & USA.
