Food and Beverage - Full Day Workshop - Thursday 12th April 2018

A number of clubs have informed us that they have questions or are experiencing challenges with their food and beverage (F&B) operation.   So we have teamed up with industry expert Steven Brown FBII of INN-FORMATION to deliver a one day interactive workshop for F&B key decision makers in clubs, to offer advice and guidance.

Presenter - Steven Brown FBII of INN-FORMATION, has over 40 years’ experience in the leisure and hospitality industries and has advised hundreds of golf clubs on how to improve their F&B operations. Steven is well placed to provide you with the expert help and advice you need to ensure that your club’s F & B operation works more efficiently, effectively and profitably.

Key topics will include:

  • Pricing meals
  • Bar gross profit (what should it be?)
  • Franchise or employed catering staff?
  • Cost of staff and the impact of the living wage
  • Stock taking
  • Bar presentation
