Free compliance support for golf clubs in England, delivered by Citation

England Golf is delighted to have strengthened its supplier relationship with Citation Ltd to provide clubs with free HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety support.

Through a newly-created platform, the How-To Hub, all affiliated clubs will obtain access to an exclusive guidance centre packed with over 100 articles written by Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law experts.

The How-To Hub features an e-learning starter kit to support clubs in providing on-the-go training, as well as an effortless audit trail.

The platform serves as a document storage and distribution centre for essential documentation, such as handbooks, policies, contracts, and risk assessments.

Gavin Anderson, Club Support Manager for England Golf, said: “We are extremely pleased to be developing our connection with Citation and provide free access for affiliated clubs to this invaluable tool which supports them in their day-to-day management of Health & Safety and HR.

“We recognise the pressures of club operations are ever-growing, with work in both these areas being both time consuming and with little margin for error, so it is fantastic that clubs now have access to a central system to help them stay compliant.”

Citation’s How-To Hub provides the perfect starting point to help ensure clubs have access to compliance support. However, employers might want support that’s more comprehensive, hands-on, and bespoke to their business and the sector.

A value-added tool for clubs

Iain McGleish, golf specialist and partnership manager at Citation, commented: “Citation is delighted to be strengthening our relationship with England Golf by providing this value-added tool for clubs.

“Now more than ever, we know that clubs want to operate compliantly and ensure they and their staff have all the knowledge and skills required to meet their legal obligations.

“The How-To hub will explain complex legislation in an easy-to-understand and actionable way, while also giving clubs additional tools and support, from engaging e-learning to informative webinars.”

In addition, clubs can take advantage of preferential rates when upgrading to any further support, including complete packages covering each area.

As well as opening up access to their team of experts through site inspections and access to a 24/7 advice line, upgrades will also unlock the full range of features within the online platform.

Further information on the How-To Hub, including how to access the support and further features, will shortly be made available to all affiliated clubs.
