Key Principles of Excellent Governance workshop

England Golf and the Golf Club Managers Association have joined forces to run governance workshops for club decision makers.

There will be five workshops, held in May at venues across the country. They will be led by industry expert Kevin Fish and will help clubs take their first step towards excellent governance.

The workshops are aimed at volunteers, such as captains and chairs, and club managers.

It’s known that clubs with satisfied members generally have excellent governance. This means that the staff and volunteers pull together to achieve goals to make the club successful, both now and in the future.
