England Squad

Matthew topped the golfing world at Boys level in 2012 when he won the British Boys Amateur Championship played at Hollinwell, having just missed out again on the Carris Trophy where he finished third. Matthew finished second in the Carris Trophy in 2011 and tied for first place in the EGU Junior Champion of Champions event at Woodhall Spa. Matthew won the North of England Under 16's in 2010 and recorded top ten finishes in the McGregor Trophy and the European Young Masters; all after making the cut in the Brabazon Trophy, having won the Northern Qualifying section to make the starting field.
