Lakes
Sitting proudly on Wiltshire hillside, the course reflects all that is best of the local landscape. The 6,642 yard, 18 hole, Lakes course was originally designed by Peter Allis and updated by William Swann in 2006. It is a par 72 jewel that has been sculpted out of the typical county terrain. Rolling, well-textured and welcoming fairways lead to USGA standard greens that run smooth, fast and true, but are challengingly contoured to focus the minds of all levels of golfers. The 17th and 19th holes are our signature holes. The English Golf Union are hosting their club championships on the Lakes course in August 2008 which will make the Lakes a true championship course.
