EGUGolfcentral.co.uk is operated and owned by the English Golf Union and is available for all affiliated clubs to utilise.
Site Usage
By using EGUGolfcentral.co.uk, the Golf Club undertakes to ensure that any information posted on the site in relation to the Golf Club and its facilities is complete, accurate and correct and is periodically updated.
The Golf Club is responsible for updating and maintaining all information including contact and address details, available facilities, membership details, green fee and pricing rates, open competitions, society packages and conditions of course usage.
The English Golf Union accepts no liability in relation to any loss (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by the Golf Club or a user as a result of any inaccurate or incorrect information posted on the site or any omissions.
Posting Golf Club Information
Any Golf Club information posted to this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated, stored or used by the English Golf Union or its One Golf Network partner websites for any purpose whatsoever.
The Golf Club agrees not to post or transmit to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any other material which could give rise to any civil or criminal liability and indemnifies the English Golf Union against any liability incurred as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions.
