Developing a sustainable Golf Club Seminar

In these challenging times England Golf want to offer the key decision makers at our
affiliated clubs support in making the golf club a robust and sustainable business. We want to ensure you have up to date business tools and knowledge which should result in a strategic management approach and an improved experience for your customers, be they members or visitors.

As part of this support we are running two workshops on ‘Developing a Sustainable GolfClub Business’.

This will focus on a number of key areas including:

-Long term Business & Financial planning. Best practice guidance to bring
strategic business and financial planning to your golf club.
- Benchmarking. Analysing all aspects of the golf club operation using recognised
business techniques, key performance indicators and web based golf specific
‘health check’ & ‘health tracker’ monitoring system.
- Sustainable Golf Club Business Management. Working with your County Golf
